4 RENDER is a locally based business servicing all the areas of the Sunshine Coast and Hinterlands over the past 33 years but can travel anywhere in Australia if required.

We are fully insured and hold a Solid Plastering & Rendering License. Our reputation and experience is such that we are approved by the three main render and texture manufacturing companies in Australia, being Rockcote, Wattyl Granosite and Dulux which give a seven to ten year written guarantee.

All types of cement rendering, texture coating and white set solid plastering can be undertaken from small to large jobs with traditional and contemporary quality finishes to all the manufacturing companies specifications.

We are a small business that only employs quality tradesmen and we remain that way for a very good reason …..that is, to control and maintain our high standards and customer satisfaction.

To clean edges and corners we use plastic external corners on all the buildings, windows and doors.  These are fixed onto the wall with an adhesive render then checked for levels. We are aware of many rendering companies that do not use this or any form of materials for straightness which gives an unacceptable wavey finish to the render.

An important part of our preparation work before any type of rendering works is to clean all walls of dust then remove any remaining dust and dirt with water.  This ensures that all materials and renders adhere 110%.  Again, we are aware of many rendering companies that do not do this good practice which generally causes the render to fall off within a few years.

All working areas, windows and doors are masked up with masking tape paper and plastic.  All roofs, paths, decks are protected with drop sheets.  We take great care to ensure everything is left clean and damage free.
